The concept of Soul Exhaustion will give you a new and different lens to consider yourself. We hope that it brings you deep validation of your struggles and also fantastic hope that there is a path toward peace. Please note, we are not saying toward happiness or joy. Life is a series of moments of joy and happiness, but we do not believe there is such a thing as a constant of either.
At this time, we would like to welcome you to a journey of understanding your Soul, Soul Exhaustion, and Soul Care. We will walk together as we explore what the Soul means to you. There is no right or wrong that can be proven, that is the beauty of this discussion. It is intended to allow each of us another way to think about ourselves that doesn’t start with the question “what is wrong with me?” but rather asks “What is happening to the deepest part of me as a human being and what does that part of me need to find peace and maybe even joy?”
What does the Soul mean to you?
Testimonials
"The concept of soul exhaustion is a game changer in how we think about suicide prevention and what is needed to heal. I've heard many have 'a-ha' moments when they start to dive more deeply into appreciating what happens when the 'essence of who you are' is exhausted and how 'soul care' is essential to rediscovering a passion for living."

"The term "soul exhaustion" has finally put words around what so many of us experience. There is power in naming how we are impacted by the many struggles we encounter in life and the wear and tear it can take on us at our very core. With soul care there is hope that we then have something to explore and work with to build our energy and strength back."
Dr. Amanda McGough, Psychologist

Soul care is not a destination, it is a lifelong experience with beautiful views, scenic routes, and even sometimes detours, speed bumps, and minor fender benders.
